7 Set the ENB/DIS switch to DIS on QPC471 or QPC775 cards.
Leave the ENB/DIS switch on the 3PE cards set to ENB. If the cards
are disabled, the system will initialize.
8 On the QPC441 3PE cards in network shelf 0 of all groups, label and
disconnect the cables connected to QPC215 SBE Cards.
9 As listed in Table 12-36, connect NTND95AA cables to the 3PE
faceplates in network shelf 0 of all equipped network groups.
