20 Remove the QPC583 Memory card.
21 Install the NTND09 Memory card.
22 Disconnect the cable between the QPC579 CPU Function card and the
QPC580 CPU Interface card.
23 Remove the QPC579 CPU Function card. Remove the QPC939 ROM
card and replace it with the NTND08 ROM card. Reinstall the CPU card.
Carefully align the connector pins when installing a ROM card.
Failure to use care may result in damage to one of the cards or system
failure.
24 Connect the cable to the QPC579 CPU Function card and the QPC580
CPU Interface card.
25 Set the ENB/DIS switch on the QPC580 CPU Interface card to ENB.
26 Press the RLD button on the NTND10 CMA card. System messages
similar to the following will appear:
SYS000
SYSLOAD RLS: xxISSUE:x
DONE
INI000
27 Log into the system.
28 Load the Equipment Data Dump Program (LD 43). At the prompt, enter
LD 43
Always enter LD 43 from the source (current) media. Do not exit LD 43.
When "EDD000" appears on the terminal, proceed to the next step.
29 Set the ENB/DIS switch on the MSI or EMSI card to DIS and remove the
card. Replace the QMM42 cartridge for release 18 software with the
QMM42 cartridge for release 19 software. Reinstall and enable the card.
