Defining the option 51C system software
The following steps describe how to define the option 51C software
configuration.

Reassign the configuration data from the network loops in the
option 21/21E to the appropriate loops in the option 51C.
•
Define the target Controller card using the Configuration Record 2
(LD 97).
•
Define the network loops using the Configuration Record 2 (LD 97)
and the Configuration Record (LD 17).
Refer to X11 input/output guide (553-3001-400) for instructions on using
LD 97 and LD 17.

Move the network loops using the Move Data Blocks Program (LD 25).
Refer to X11 input/output guide (553-3001-400) for instructions on using
LD 25.

Configure the I/O devices to reflect the current configuration (if
required).

Reenter customer data blocks (if required). System options and features
must reflect the current configuration.

Configure station data blocks (if required).
