Follow all screen directions until the software, database, CP-ROM, and
IOP-ROM installations are complete.
10 When the main menu appears, select the following options:

11 Remove any diskettes from the floppy drive, and type
<a>
12 Watch the terminal for system reload (SYS) and initialization (INI)
messages. Following this, Core 0 is operational. If the sysload or
initialization fails, refer to "Troubleshooting" on page C-1.
13 Log into the system.
14 Load the Equipment Data Dump Program (LD 43). At the prompt, enter
LD 43
15 Insert a B1 disk (from the release 20 disk set) titled "DATABASE
BACKUP DISK" into the floppy drive in the IOP/CMDU in Core/Net 0.
16 Perform a data dump. At the prompt, enter
EDD
When "DATABASE BACKUP COMPLETE" or "DATADUMP
COMPLETE" appears on the terminal, proceed to the next step.
If the data dump is not successful, do not continue; contact your
technical support organization. A data dump problem must be
corrected before proceeding.
Follow the steps below to convert the release 19 database to release 21 and
install the customer database on the option 61C Core 0. You will need the
B disk (release 21) previously created when you performed a data dump in
step 16.
