CAUTION:
NOTE: Use new O-rings and gaskets when reassembling.
Prior to reassembling,
CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS
11 x 1.5mm
Apply engine oil to
the bolt threads.

Replace.
OIL CONTROL JET
Remove with 6mm
bolt and clean.

the parts in solvent, dry them, and apply lubricant to any contact parts.
clean all
INTAKE VALVE

EXHAUST VALVE
Replace.
VALVE KEEPERS
CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS
11 x 1.5m
VALVE SPRING
Apply engine oil to
the bolt threads.
ALVE SPRING SEAT
EXHAUST VALVE
SPRING RETAINER
VALVE SEAL
GASKET (METAL)
Replace.
E L P I N S
HEAD ORIFICE
Remove with 8mm
bolt and clean:
VALVE KEEPERS
