1 Is the paper type corresponding to its
mode?
2 Is the paper too dry?
3 Is the power supplying spring of the
transfer roller installed securely? (Is it
almost detached?)
4 Is the output from the high-voltage
transformer normal?
5 Is the output from the separation
charger too high?

Prescription
Check the paper type and mode.
Change the paper.
Check the power supplying spring
and reinstall it.
Adjust the output. Replace the
transformer if necessary.
