Host Status
Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP)
This section provides a detailed explanation of the SNTP commands. The commands are divided
into two functional groups:

Show commands display spanning tree settings, statistics, and other information.
•
Configuration Commands configure features and options of the switch. For every
configuration command there is a show command that displays the configuration setting.
sntp broadcast client poll-interval
This command will set the poll interval for SNTP broadcast clients in seconds as a power of two
where <poll-interval> can be a value from 6 to 16.

This command will reset the poll interval for SNTP broadcast client back to its default value.

This command will enable Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) client mode and optionally
setting the mode to either broadcast, multicast, or unicast.
