This command sets the Admin Hello Time parameter to a new value for the common and internal
spanning tree. The hellotime <value> is in whole seconds within a range of 1 to 10 with the value
being less than or equal to "(Bridge Max Age / 2) - 1".

the default value, i.e. 2.
