Async PAD Service Signals

Transmission of PAD service signals is determined by async PAD profile
parameter 6.
(Asterisk) – is normally the PAD prompt character.

– means that a vitual circuit has been established with a subscriber
"nnnnn" COM
whose ID is
"nnnnn."
ALREADY CONNECTED

– is displayed when the PAD accepts a logout command.

– is displayed when the user attempts to log out, but either the Port
LOGOUT REJ
record was not configured to require login, or a VC on this port has not yet been
cleared.
– indicates there is already a VC set up, so another call cannot
