The measuring modules are filled with rinse solution flowing through
the measuring chambers from the bottom up.
The pH/BG module is filled with gas containing CO
4
from the top, expelling the rinse solution from the measuring
chambers.

The outer portion of the inlet system is filled with air drawn from the
exterior (not shown).
• Fluid flowing upwards through
pH/BG, El/Met and Met II
modules during Stage 1.
• Erratic flow of fluid through all
three modules that contains
excessive air bubbles.
• Fluid does not move through the
small canals off the waste pump
tubes, just above the pump rotor.
• Excessive suction noise coming
from inlet.
• Fluid and air bubbles rising up
into a measuring chamber.
• Leakage from electrode
compartment.
Fluid does not flow freely through all
measuring chambers of a particular
measuring module.
