Interference
contain carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in
the porous vent. CMC can dissolve into the
sample and give erroneously low c Ca
results. Therefore we recommend
Radiometer accessories together with our
analyzers, e.g. the safe PICO arterial blood
sampler which is specifically designed to
minimize sample contamination with CMC.
Erroneously high c Glu measurements.
