Interpretation
It was not possible to
position one or more
samplers directly below
the syringe inlet.
The affected sampler
tray positions in the
sampler tray must be
adjusted.
The cyclic QC schedule
has been reset and all
related reminders have
been removed as a
result of a RADIANCE
command.
Due to insufficient or
inhomogeneous
sample, the analyzer
would normally
automatically have
chosen an adaptive
measuring mode but
this option has been
disabled.
Measurement is
aborted.
The pump calibration
failed for one or more
pumps. The previous
pump calibration is
used. A successful
pump calibration
should be attempted as
soon as possible.
11. Troubleshooting
Operator action
Contact your service
engineer to perform the
Sampler Tray Adjustment
procedure.
Removal condition: All
sampler tray positions are
adjusted.
No action required.

Repeat the measurement
with sufficient sample free
from clots and air bubbles.
