The following replacement intervals are recommended by Radiometer.

NOTICE: The replacement intervals below are guidelines only. Under no
intervals
circumstances do they guarantee the lifetime of the replacement items. For
analyzers with high throughput the replacement intervals should be adjusted
accordingly in the Replacement schedule.
For an average of 40 samples per day:
Replacing Crea A and Crea B electrode membranes
Replacing metabolite membranes
Replacing blood gas and electrolyte electrode membranes
Replacing pump tubing
Replacing inlet gasket
Replacing fan filter
Replacing electrodes
Replacing reference electrode membranes:
40 samples per day:
≤40 samples per day:
>40 samples per day:
The status of solutions, waste container and gas cylinders are not scheduled and
can be viewed in the Replacements on the Analyzer Status screen.

Change the interval for the selected replacement action (displayed in

the "Action" box) with the up/down arrow buttons (see recommended
replacement intervals below).
NOTICE: The replacement schedule reminder "Lock analyzer when
10 % overdue" (selected in Corrective Actions – see further in this
chapter) will work on the basis of the setting selected in the "Action"
box.

Touch to highlight the "Next date" box and change the date using
screen keypad. Confirm with Enter.
4.
Press Back to return to the Replacement Setup screen.
5.
Repeat steps 1-4 for each replacement action to be scheduled.
