Lock-up clutch is dragiing, converter one-way
clutch is faulty (slipping), or engine
is not performing properly.
If converter one-way clutch is frozen, car will have poor high
speed performance. If converter one-way clutch is slipping, car
will be sluggish up to 50 or 60 km/h (30 or 40 MPH).
