Usage guidelines
When an HDLC link bundle interface is brought up, the state of each member interface is
re-determined.
When an HDLC link bundle interface is shut down, the state of each Selected interface is placed into
the Negotiated state.
Examples
# Shut down HDLC link bundle interface 1.
