DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
Remove the cable harness in the upper arm.
Remove the linkage system.
Remove the tilthouse unit.
Run an overhead crane to a position above
the robot.
Secure the upper arm in the crane with
roundslings.
Raise the lifting equipment to take the weight
of the upper arm.
Remove the parallel rod.
Remove the lock nut securing the shaft.
