2.2.1 add partition
The add partition command adds the specified SB, IOB, or GSPB to the specified partition.
If the specified SB, IOB, or GSPB is not free, this command cannot be executed.
Remarks
If the target is an IOB or GSPB, the command must have A/B specified.
