[IOB] menu

The [IOB] menu has the following submenus for each IOB:
- [IOB#0] to [IOB#1]
No submenu is displayed for an unmounted IOB.
Each submenu involves the same window and method of operation. This section describes the operations for one
submenu.
[IOB#x] window
The [IOB#x] window displays the status of the IOB mounted on the IOB#x slot. You can also set the IOB.
