CHAPTER 3 PSA Web-UI (Web User Interface) Operations
3.1

Basic PSA Operations

PSA is a system management application that runs on the operating system installed on each partition of the
PRIMEQUEST 1800E.
This section lists the menus used to operate PSA with the MMB Web-UI. It also describes the window and menu
operations for PSA operations.
To display the [Partition Information] window, select [Partition] - [Partition#x] - [PSA] from the MMB Web-UI
navigation bar.
In the following cases, the Web-UI does not display the [Partition Information] window. Instead, it displays a
message in the contents area to notify you that the partition or PSA is inactive.
- PSA is not installed on the partition.
- The partition operating system is inactive.
- PSA is inactive.
- The management LAN settings are not correct.
Component status and background color
PSA windows display the status of individual components that belong to the partition. You can easily recognize
the status of each component by text describing it and the background color.

Display of an item whose value cannot be acquired
PSA windows display "n.a." for any item whose value is unknown.
Remarks
If the partition is heavily loaded, the PSA window display may be as follows.
- "n.a." is displayed for each item whose value cannot be acquired.
- The message "E_33005 Communication Error. (01:XXXX)" appears.

[Refresh] button
PSA displays the [Refresh] button in those windows that display dynamic content. Clicking this button refreshes
the window and displays the latest values. Automatic refresh will not occur even if [Enable] is set in the [Refresh
Rate] window of the MMB. Depending on the instant that you click the button, the displayed information may not
lists component statuses and their display colors.
