Remarks
- A disk that runs under the ETERNUS multipath driver environment is displayed as a member of the PCI
device group sharing the same multiple paths. In Windows, the [Serial No.], [Disk Capacity], and [Disk
Name] fields display a hyphen (-).
- If a GDS-managed disk is added or removed while the operating system is active, the [Device Type] and

you need to restart PSA or manually execute the following PSA command. (Only the Linux version of PSA
supports the following command.)
/opt/FJSVpsa/sh/force_search.sh -a
- If EMC Power Path is used, the [Disk Name], [Serial No], and [Disk Capacity] fields may display a hyphen
(-).
- If a non-Fujitsu storage unit is connected, the window does not display information about virtual disks related
to the unit.
- If a disk is started with power interlock control between an ETERNUS or other storage unit and the partition,
[Disk Name], [Serial No], and [Disk Capacity] may display a hyphen (-). In such cases, execute the following
command. (Only the Linux version of PSA supports the following command.)
