[Storage Controller] window

The [Storage Controller] window is the detail window displayed in association with [010000] (SCSI storage
controller) in [Device Class] in the [PCI Devices] window. The [Storage Controller] window displays storage
controller information.
Users who have setting privileges can clear the status with the [Status Clear] button.
After a new device is connected to the storage controller or a device is disconnected from the controller, the window
display takes up to three minutes to reflect this addition or removal.
Remarks
If a GDS-managed disk is added or removed while the operating system is active, the [Device Type] and [Disk
Capacity] values in the [Storage Controller] window will not be updated.
To update the window display, restart PSA or execute the following PSA command. (Only the Linux version of
PSA supports the following command.)
/opt/FJSVpsa/sh/force_search.sh -a
In systems running Windows, when the power to the disk is off, the corresponding disk information in the [Storage
Controller] window is not updated.
