[Partition] - [Partition Configuration] - [Remove Unit] button
(2) Window operations
1. Select the SB, IOB, or GSPB that you want to remove from a partition. Then, click the [Apply] button.
A confirmation dialog box appears.
2. Click the [OK] button.
This removes the SB, IOB, or GSPB from the partition.
3. Click the [Apply] or [Cancel] button.
The browser returns to the [Partition Configuration] window.

The following table lists the messages displayed in this window.

[Partition Home] window
Selecting a radio button of a partition in the [Partition Configuration] window and then clicking the [Home] button
displays the [Partition Home] window.
Displays the status of SBs, IOBs, or GSPBs.
In SB:
- Number of CPUs: Displays the number of CPUs mounted on the SB.
- Memory: Displays the amount of memory mounted on the SB.
Remarks
The window may display "unknown" for an SB that has been extracted and inserted.
If so, wait about 10 seconds before refreshing the window.
In IOB:
- Number of PCI-Express slots: Displays the number of PCI Express slots on the
IOB.
The partition doesn't have a node.
Failed to remove the SB, IOB or GSPB from the partition.
