In a Windows environment, the window displays the [Event Log] field instead of the [Syslog] field.
If the system is configured not to acquire system or event logs, the window does not display the [Syslog] (or [Event
Log]) field.

Cancel Click this button to cancel creation of a download file.

[PSA Logs Download -Result-] window

This window appears soon after the download dialog box appeared at the start of a file download. The window
displays the download results.

Note
If creation of all files or compression of a file fails, the file size field at the bottom of the window displays "File
size:0bytes." It indicates an unsuccessful download.
