[Configure I/O Space Assignment] menu

You can configure I/O space assignment of various I/O devices in the system from the [Configure I/O Space
Assignment] menu.
After resetting the system, the UEFI assigns I/O space to each of the I/O devices for which you specified [Auto]
with this menu.
You can specify up to 15 devices as the target of automatic I/O space assignment. If you specify [Auto] for 16 or
more devices in this menu, I/O space will not be assigned to some of the devices. To ensure that I/O space will be
assigned to all the specified devices, do the following:
- Be sure to specify [Auto] only for 15 or fewer devices in this menu.
- After configuring the I/O space assignment with this menu, reset the system, and open this menu again to
confirm that I/O space is assigned to all the specified devices.
The changes made to settings in this menu will take effect after the system reset.
The following figure shows an example of display of the [Configure I/O Space Assignment] menu immediately
after it starts.
