Filter
Displays the number of items in the displayed list from the agent logs retained by
PSA, and the total number of agent log items.
Example: The latest 1,000 of 5,000 agent log items are displayed.
Results 1000 of 5000
Displays the sequential numbers of agent log items.
If details can be displayed, this field displays a link.
Displays the occurrence time in the following format:
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss
Displays the severity.
- Error: Serious problem such as a hardware failure
- Warning: Warning (event that is not necessarily serious but is a potential
problem in the future)
- Information: Notification (normal event)
Displays the identifier of the device where the problem occurred. If the unit name is
unknown, this field displays "Unknown."
Specifically, "Unknown" is displayed in the following cases.
- The driver message does not contain information that identifies the faulty unit.
- The error occurred in a device that is not monitored by PSA (e.g., USB device).
- The error occurred during the Hot Plug process when PSA did not recognize
the device because the operating system was also trying to recognize the device.
- The error occurred during the Hot Plug process when the operating system
successfully recognized the device but PSA has not yet recognized the device.
Displays the event ID.
Displays the message.
Detailed message information. This field displays the details of the selected log
message. If the selected log message contains Japanese-language character code, the
displayed information may be garbled.
The [No] field provides a link for an agent log item whose details can be displayed.
Clicking the link displays details on the agent log item in the bottom frame.
Click the [Download] button to download CSV-format files of all the agent logs
retained on the partition, irrespective of the display criteria.
Click the [Filter] button to display the [Agent Log Filtering Condition] window. The
window asks the user to specify message filtering conditions.
