MIRROR STATUS
Purpose

Using MIRROR STATUS

Use at the server console to
View the status of mirrored disk partitions
View the percentage of mirrored data on each partition
MIRROR STATUS [logical_partition_number]
Parameter
(no parameter)
logical_partition_number
The possible status messages are explained in the following table.
Status
Being remirrored
Fully synchronized
Not mirrored
Orphaned state
Use to
View a list of all logical disk partitions with their
mirroring status.
Display the partition's mirrored status and the
devices that make up the members of the
mirror group.
Explanation
Remirroring is in progress; the percent
completed is displayed.
The mirrored partitions have the same data.
Remirroring is complete.
Disk mirroring was not set up for this partition.
It has no mirrored partner.
A partition has been removed from a mirrored
group, and the volumes on the partition have
not been renamed. These volumes cannot be
mounted unless they are renamed or
remirrored.
HINT:
You can restore the orphaned partition
to its mirrored partner with NWCONFIG.
