19.1 Error Codes When a Module Error Occurs
Action
• Check if the switching hub and the cables are connected properly.
• Power off and on or reset the own station.
• When an error with this error code is detected in multiple RJ71GN11-T2s
(local stations) and/or RJ71GN11-EIPs (local stations), power off and on
or reset the RJ71GN11-T2s (local stations) and/or RJ71GN11-EIPs (local
stations) in order of connection nearest to the master station.
• Check the master station condition.
• Check the error of the master station and take action using the module
diagnostics of the engineering tool.
• Check that the settings of the master station are consistent with the one of
the slave station in "Network Configuration Settings" under "Basic
Settings" of the master station.
• Check that the settings of the master station are consistent with the one of
the local station in "IP Address" under "Required Settings" of the local
station.
• Correct the "IP Filter Settings" under "Application Settings".
• Check if the switching hub and the cables are connected properly.
• Power off and on or reset the own station.
• When an error with this error code is detected in multiple RJ71GN11-T2s
(local stations) and/or RJ71GN11-EIPs (local stations), power off and on
or reset the RJ71GN11-T2s (local stations) and/or RJ71GN11-EIPs (local
stations) in order of connection nearest to the master station.

• Reset the CPU module, and run it again. If the same error occurs again
even after taking the above, the possible cause is a hardware failure of
the module or base unit. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
