Class1 tag communications

This method is mainly used for communications with the scanner. This method of communications manages a connection to
be opened by using the IP address and tag name of the external device.
A connection is opened between tags with the same tag name and same data size to perform data communications
periodically.
For tag communications, the connection-opening side is called "Consumer", and the "connection-opened side is called
"Producer".
In tag communications, data communications can be performed only in a single direction: from the Producer Tag set by
Producer to the Consumer Tag set by Consumer. To perform data communication both ways, both sides need to become
Consumers.
In addition, since RPI is managed on a connection basis, even when multiple Producers communicate with the same tag, their
data sending timings are not synchronized.
