7.2.2 Replacing an RS485 or AI/DI Expansion Card

Prerequisites

Tighten the M6 screws on the left and right mounting ears clockwise using a Phillips
screwdriver, as shown in
Reinstall the removed cables for the ECC according to the labels and start the ECC
If only the main control module needs to be replaced, remove the screws from the old module, pull it out,
install a new module, and tighten the screws.
Use the default user name and password to log in to the ECC WebUI.
Choose System Settings > SNMP Settings, and fill out the recorded information about
areas SNMPv3 and SNMP Trap.
Choose System Settings > Monitor Module IP to fill out the recorded IP address.
Choose Maintenance > Configuration File to access the Configuration File (Please
enable automatic download in Internet options) page.
Click Browser to select configuration files saved in the local computer, and then click
Upload to complete the ECC configuration.
Delete the ECC on the NetEco, and add a new ECC.
An RS485 or AI/DI expansion card needs to be replaced.
Spare RS485 or AI/DI expansion cards of the same model are available and functional.
