INSTRUMENT PANEL

REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2) Disable air bag system, if equipped.
Refer to "Disabling Air Bag System" in Section 10B.
3) Remove steering column assembly (1).
Refer to Section 3C.
4) Remove glove box (1) and hood latch release lever (2).
5) Remove both sides front pillar inner trim (1) and dash side trim
(2).
