Setting - General(1) Screen - Part 1

Line type
You can select the type of line used for the FLC and
the press:
The finishing line is connected at the
Inline:
exit of the press. The printed sheets are
supplied directly to the finishing line.
Near Line: The press and the finishing line can
operate separately. The printed sheets
are stacked on a pallet and moved to the
finishing line later.

Device ID
Enter the same ID that is set on HP DFE.

DFE Listen Port
This sets the port number for the communication
between the DFE and the FLC when the machine is
used in a Near Line system.
By unchecking this box, the communication with DEF
can be turned off even if the machine is used in a
Near Line system. (Uncheck the box when only the
hot holder is used.)

Press Listen Port
This sets the port number for the communication
between the press and the FLC when the machine is
used in an Inline system.

Informal name
Enter a favorite name for FLC.

Cancel Icon
If this is pressed, the settings on this screen are not
saved and the screen is closed.

Save Icon
If this is pressed, the settings on this screen are
saved and the screen is closed.
