Saving, Loading, and Deleting Jobs

Saving a Job

The current job settings can be saved and loaded for repeat jobs.
This section explains how to save the job settings.

Display the Memory screen, and select the job number where you want to save the
job.

you want to save
the job.
Attention
If a job number is locked,
a new job cannot be saved
using that job number.
If you want to enter the job
number using the Numeric
Keypad screen, press here.

Enter the job name using the Keyboard screen.
• Up to 20 letters can be entered.

Press .
• The job is saved.
• If another job has already been saved for that job
number, the Overwrite Confirmation screen appears.
• If you want to overwrite the old job information, press
.
• If you do not want to overwrite the job information,
press
➡ The Memory screen is displayed. Select another job
number and repeat from step 2.
