Setting the Control Panel - When using the Merge Stacker
When the machine is used in the offline mode, you must enter the job settings including the sheet
size and stack settings using the screens on the SmartStacker.
Important
Offline operation mode does not support following function on SmartStacker;
• Blank page removal
• Variable page count job
• Continuous operation of multiple jobs piled in the sheet feeder
• Number of pages in off-set stacking needs attention.

Setting the Job

When the FLC is powered on, disconnect the connection with the SmartStacker.

Press the icon of the SmartStacker
on the Run - Main screen for more
than three seconds.
➡ The connection with the SmartStacker will be disconnected.
Additional Information
If the FLC is not powered on, the Smart-
Stacker operates as a offline system auto-
matically.
The SmartStacker also switches to a offline
system automatically when you close the
FLC using Exit Button.

If you are using the mouse, right click the
icon of the SmartStacker.
Note
When you want to reset to the inline or near
line system, press the icon of the Smart-
Stacker for more than three seconds, and
press the word "Connect." The FLC will
connect to the SmartStacker.
