Daily Safety Check
This machine has many safety functions designed to protect workers from possible dangers during operation.
Before operating the machine, check that all of the safety functions are working normally.

Turn on the Power switch of the feeder.

Turn on the Power switch.
➡ After the Initial screen is displayed on the touch panel, the Setting - Size Setting screen is displayed.

Check the safety functions of the Sheet Feeder Emergency Stop button.

Press the Feed Table Up or
Down button.

Press the Feed Table
Emergency Stop button
while the feed table is
rising or lowering.

Check that the feed table stops, and the
correct icon is displayed on the screen.
If an error icon is not displayed.
• There is a problem with the safety circuit. Stop
using the machine and call a service technician.
