Before a Changeover

Receiving a Job
In case the SmartStacker runs in a Near Line system, job is defined at the upstream system, and
the HP DFE sends the job to the FLC. The FLC displays the received job in the list of Pending job.
Example of Use of Flag for Loading Fine Adjustment
If the SmartStacker is in a Near Line system, it saves the details of fine adjustment that has ever been done.
If you run several jobs of sheets of same size, you can load the sheets for several jobs
together on the feeder and run the jobs continuously by using a banner sheet for each job
and selecting automatic run. During this automatic run, the machine does not stop between
the jobs for fine adjustment because it does changeover and feeding continuously. You can
stop feeding and do fine adjustment by setting a flag for a job.
In case the SmartStacker saves a job that needs fine adjustment, and the same adjustment
should be done every time to repeat the job, follow the procedure shown below.

ues to the memory.
