K401 interlock contactor 1 function error

Though the interlock circuit is closed (=all the
covers close), the contact points for terminals 21
and 22 on K401 are open.
K402 interlock contactor 2 function error
Though the interlock circuit is closed (=all the

covers close and S400 Emergency Stop button is
not pressed), the contact points for terminals 21
and 22 on K402 are open.
Fork not ready
When the number of the blocks in the stack

reached the number entered in the stack counter
or when the stacker became full, the fork was not
at the upper limit.
Fork up/down error

While the fork was moving up/down, the sensor
B432 turned off.
Stack table lowering error
1415
While the stack table was lowering, S444 was
released.
Stack table lower limit error

The S443 stack table lower limit switch was
activated.
Stack table not ready
While the previous stack was being delivered

from the stack table, the number of the sets
stacked on the fork reached the number entered
in the stack counter or the fork became full.
Fork full error

The height of the stack on the fork exceeded 35
mm / 1.38".
Count over error
1425
The number of the stacked sheets exceeded the
preset number.
Fork lowering timeout error

The fork does not respond to the fork lowering
command.

Description and Causes
Solutions
Check the following in order:
- The Emergency stop button is not pressed.
- All the covers are properly closed.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.
Increase the number of blocks in one stack so
that the fork is not delayed.
Check that there is nothing under the fork.
Check that there is nothing under the stack table.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.
Increase the number of blocks in one stack so
that the delivery of stack catches up with the
processing speed.
Decrease the production speed.
Remove the stacks at the delivery section.
If this error code appeared even though the
delivery section is not full, increase the number
of blocks in one stack to make the interval of
delivery operation longer.
If this error occurs frequently, call your local
dealer.
