If an Error Code Is Displayed on SmartStacker
If an error occurs, an error code will appear on the Error screen. See the tables below and correct the cause
of the error. The Error screen will be cleared when the OK button is pressed.

Jam, Emergency Stop: 100-999
1st Regist Unit/1st Process Unit: 100-
1st regist unit Emergency Stop
100
The S100 Emergency Stop button is pressed.
1st regist unit cover open
101
The 1st regist unit cover (S101) is open.
1st process unit top cover open
102
The 1st process unit top cover (S102) is open.
1st process unit right cover open
103
The 1st process unit right cover (S103) is open.
1st process unit left cover open
104
The 1st process unit left cover (S104) is open.
Cycle time error
108
The sheet interval is too short. B110 turned on
twice within the specified time.
Sheet remains at ultrasonic sensor or signal
wiring disconnected
109
Sheets may be jammed at the B912 ultrasonic
sensor of the feeder. Or, the wiring for the sheet
exit signal is disconnected.
Sheet has not arrived at 1st regist unit entrance
sensor
110
The B110 was not turned on within the specified
time.
Sheet remains at 1st regist unit entrance sensor
111
The B110 has remained on for longer than the
specified time.
Too many sheets at 1st regist unit
112
The number of sheets between B110 and B120
exceeded the specified number.
Sheet has not arrived at 1st process unit entrance
sensor
120
The B120 was not turned on within the specified
time.

Solutions
Release the Emergency Stop button.
Close the cover.
Make the sufficient feed interval by reducing the
production speed.
Also, check the B110 sensor is not dirty. (See
page 370 for the cleaning instruction.)
Remove the sheet jammed at the sheet feeder.
Remove the sheet jammed at the sheet feeder.
Remove the sheet jammed at the sheet feeder.
If this error code appeared even though the sheet
is not jammed, check the B110 sensor is not dirty.

Remove the sheets which are jammed. Also,
check the B110 sensor is not dirty. (See page

Remove the sheet jammed at the 1st regist unit.
If this error code appeared even though the sheet
