The B448 stack table foreign object detecting
sensor detected a sheets while the stack table
was moving up.
More than one stack is detected while delivering
the sheets on the flat belt conveyor

B461 detected more than one stack while
delivering the sheets on the flat belt conveyor.
Other sheets are detected while delivering the
sheets on the output shift conveyor

B461 or B462 detected other sheets while

Stack table single operation error

The stack table tried to move up and down by
single operation while the B446 stack table sheet
presence sensor was turned on.

When the machine was started, the sheet exit
signal did not turn off and turn on again. Sheets
may be jammed at B594. Or, the wiring for the
sheet exit signal is disconnected.

Description and Causes
Solutions
Remove the sheet on the stack table. If this
error code appeared even though the sheet is
not jammed, check the B448 and the reflector
are not dirty. (See page 373 for the cleaning
instruction.)
Remove the sheet on the delivery conveyor. If
the same error occurs, check the B461 sensor
is not dirty. (See page 373 for the cleaning
instruction.)
Remove the sheet on the output shift conveyor.
If the same error occurs, check the B461 sensor
and B462 sensor are not dirty. (See page 373
for the cleaning instruction.)
Remove any sheets on the stack table and carry
out the single operation.
Release the Emergency Stop button.
Close the cover.
Close the cover.
Close the cover.
Close the cover.
Close the cover.
Remove the sheet jammed. If this error code
appeared even though the sheet is not jammed,
check the B594 sensor is not dirty. (See page
372 for the cleaning instruction.)
