When the machine was started, the sheet exit
signal did not turn off and turn on again. Sheets
may be jammed at B340. Or, the wiring for the

Solutions
Check whether the sheets are not jammed.
Release the Emergency Stop button.
Close the cover.
Close the cover.

Remove the sheet jammed at the exit of Merge
Stacker. If this error code appeared even though
the sheet is not jammed, check the B340 sensor
is not dirty. (See page 372 for the cleaning
instruction.)
Remove the sheet jammed at the Merge Stacker.
If this error code appeared even though the sheet
is not jammed, check the B340 sensor is not dirty.

Remove the sheet which is jammed. If this error
code appeared even though the sheet is not
jammed, check the B420 sensor is not dirty. (See

Remove the strip of trim at B420. If this error code
appeared even though the trim is not jammed,
check the B420 sensor is not dirty. (See page
