External Alpha Blending
The ADV8003 features an external alpha blend input which is shared with the input pixel port. The external alpha blend can only be used
in conjunction with the EXOSD TTL input. This allows the option to specify an external alpha blend value for the EXOSD TTL input
channel. The options for routing the external alpha blend value are outlined in
SPI.

OSD Core
The OSD core generates the internal data for the OSD display. It accesses the DDR2 memory (through a DMA controller) to load the
required resources.

is used to enable the OSD core on the ADV8003.
