Mode 10 is used to support the external input of either part of or the complete OSD from another device, for example, an MCU. With
support for HS, VS, DE and CLK, the external OSD input can also be used to input video data. Using mode 10, the external OSD bus can
be used to support picture in picture (PiP) with two video streams.
In this mode, the input from the EXOSD TTL 24-bit input port is written into DDR2 memory and read back by the OSD core as a region
of the OSD. This region is then blended with input video.
