ADV8005 Hardware Reference Manual
4.2.4.
External Alpha Blending
The
ADV8005
features an external alpha blend input which is shared with the input pixel port. The external alpha blend can only be used in
conjunction with the EXOSD TTL input. This allows the option to specify an external alpha blend value for the EXOSD TTL input channel. The
options for routing the external alpha blend value are outlined in
4.2.5.
