Setpoint Reached
This bit is set (=1) if the Reference Ramp is not ramping.
Internal Limit Active
This bit is set (=1) if, while in vector control mode, the speed limit has reached the torque limit; or, while in
Volts/Hz mode, the open loop current limit is active.
