The bitmap image corresponds to the 14 scratch pad blocks (00H～0DH)
and 1 subtraction block (0EH), and the block sequence is 00H～0EH from
the left.

If this parameter is specified, write (MAC inclusive) can be performed for
the block specified to 1. Specify the block to 0 when MAC is not required
for write.
Note that once you set to 1, the block cannot be set back to 0.
