Clean the waste toner collection
case.
Clean the filters:
- Ozone filter
- Dust-proofing filter
Clean the developing assembly:
- Developing assembly member
Clean the pickup/feeding
assembly:
- Transfer guide (upper/lower)

- Registration roller (upper/lower)
- Feeding belt
- Feeding rollers
Clean the fixing/delivery
assembly:
- Separation claw (upper/lower)
- Feeding rollers
- Inlet guide
- Web (check)
- Web oil pan
- Thermistor
- Sub thermistor
- Thermal switch
Clean the cleaner assembly:
- Side scarper
Clean the duplexing unit:
- Duplex horizontal registration
sensor
Clean the copyboard glass.
Make test copies.
Make sample copies.
Press the leakage breaker test
switch to make sure that the
breaker operates normally.

turn off the power switch,
and shift the lever to ON position;
