For the following, the machine can indicate the cleaning message in the absence of dust on the glass:
- The ADF feeding belt is appreciably soiled.
- CCD-ADJ/LUT-ADJ is not executed correctly.
If the message appears, clean the belt (using alcohol) or execute CCD-ADJ/LUT-ADJ.
