Usage Guideline
Display the content of the IP multicast table. The uptime timer describes the time that the entry has been
created. The expires timer is a keep-alive timer of the multicast data stream. The expires timer value is
based on either the PIM Sparse or Dense Mode. If multicast data continues to arrive at the device, the
timer will refresh. If the network address is specified, the switch displays the entries with source
addresses that match the specified address.
Example
This example shows how to display multicast route brief information.
Switch# show ip mroute summary
