AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION - Component Groups (Valve Body) AT-81
9. INSTALL SECONDARY REGULATOR VALVE
(a) Partially install the cover plate and insert the spring
and secondary regulator valve.
(b) Compress the spring and swing the cover plate into
place.
(c) Install the second bolt in the cover plate and tighten
both bolts.
Torque: 55 kg-em (48 in.-Ib, 5.4
Nom)
10. INSERT CUT -BACK VALVE AND PLUG
Install the valve with the smaller end first.
11 . INSTALL CUT-BACK VALVE RETAIN ER
Coat the valve with petroleum jelly to keep it in place.
