Description
The Circuit Identification is a logical number used to
identify the span to the MGC Manager. This number
is later used to assign the span to the network card.
Enter any positive integer from 0 to 65535, to be used
as the circuit identification number in the MGC
Manager.
Note:
If other services are already defined, make sure to
use numbers other than those already assigned to
the existing services.
The Circuit Order determines the order in which the
MCU uses the spans to dial out. The Circuit Order is
assigned automatically by the system according to
the order in which the spans are added.
In dial-out connections, when the operator calls the
participant, the MGC unit allocates ports from the
spans starting with the span having the lowest
number and the lowest port number within that span.
