Configuration icon.

Double-click the Network Services icon, or click the plus [+] icon next to
the Network Services icon.
A list of Network Service types is displayed below the Network Services
icon.
5.
Right-click the ATM icon, and then click New ATM Service.
The Setting dialog box opens.
